#401 Cartman's Silly Hate Crime
After a bunch of failed techniques to make their sled go faster, they try replacing Cartman with a slab of bricks dressed in kids clothes. However, during the trial, the sled went out of control, hit a rock, and sent Kenny flying into a tree, followed by the slab of bricks, squishing him to death. This seems like a reference to an old 'Wile E. Coyote' reference to me. :)
#402 The Tooth Fairy's tats
Loogi's gang members Ring Cartman, threatening to throw him into the river if he didn't give Loogi his cut. Cartman said no, so they threw him into the river with concrete blocks tieds to his feet. However, the river is too shallow for him to drown, so they leave him there. During the closing credits, he tries hopping his way out of the shallow river, but he hits a deep section, falls in, and drowns himself.
#403 Quintuplets
The SWAT team push past the Romanians to enter the house Kenny was being held in. Kenny and his mom hide in the closet, but it isn't long before a SWAT member finds them. He demanded that he be handed over, but his gun accidentaly fires a round of bullets into him. (reference to Elian Gonzalez, the Cuban boy who was being held in the US)

While the boys are watching TV, Cartman sees a pink Christina Aguilera monster in front of Kenny, so he tries hitting it with a frying pan.. which as you may've guessed, delivers a knockout blow to Kenny and kills him.
